We have worked with Shimadzu (formerly Core Medical) for years and have always been happy with their service. Even though we are a smaller rural hospital they have never made us feel less important than larger, busier facilities. When it came to upgrading our radiology room we knew we wanted to continue working with Shimadzu.

Core Care’s service is undeniably the best we have ever had in my years with our company. They respond quickly and are very professional and take the time to listen to the staff concerns regarding problems.

We love using our Ipad to problem solve service calls. Michael and I used facetime on our ipads to troubleshoot a generator connection error this morning. We were able to find out that one of our netgear ports died, which was easily fixed and saved my X-ray dept. downtime and saved Michael from having to drive to Kalispell! Fantastic support!

We picked you guys because you innovate and create and RESPOND with what we need, not what you want to sell us. We like that, and that’s what we need. You guys worked hard to make that work for us and we appreciate that.
